At Lapteco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. 14-Day Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • It must not be damaged, water-damaged, or altered
  • All original accessories included must be returned

2. Refurbished Grades

All Lapteco devices are professionally tested and graded. Minor cosmetic wear may be present on refurbished items and does not qualify as a fault if it matches the listed grade.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return

We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • Lapteco covers return shipping for faulty or incorrect items

We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorised repairs
  • Devices with missing accessories not originally listed as excluded

At Lapteco, we are committed to transparency and quality. Every device is carefully inspected and graded by our expert team, ensuring you know exactly what you’re getting. Our grading system is designed to be clear, fair, and consistent.


How we Grade Our Units

  • Each device undergoes a thorough inspection and functional test.
  • Cosmetic condition is assessed according to strict criteria.
  • Battery health is measured and included in the grade.
  • Only devices that meet our standards are offered for sale.

NIOB New in Open Box/ PristineNew, in original packaging – not sealed. Never Used


A As New / Excellent Used and tested, no marks/blemishes, no scratches/dents, battery health above 90%.


B Very Good condition Light Use Used and tested, minor marks/blemishes, superficial scratches  (<¼"), no dents/cracks, battery >75%.


C Good condition Medium Use/ Used and tested, moderate marks/blemishes, visible scratches, small dents, deeper scratches. Battery >75% 


What warranty do you offer on Lapteco refurbished devices?
All Lapteco refurbished devices come with a [insert duration, e.g., 6-month] warranty covering hardware faults and technical defects. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.


What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers:

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by accidental damage or misuse
  • Battery issues (unless caused by normal wear and tear)
  • Faulty components or manufacturing defects


What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic imperfections (e.g., scratches, dents, signs of previous use)
  • Accidental or liquid damage
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery ageing, minor cosmetic marks)


How do I request support or a warranty repair?
If you experience any issues with your device, please contact our support team at support@lapteco.com . We’ll guide you through troubleshooting and, if needed, arrange for a repair or replacement.


How long does a repair or replacement take?
Most warranty repairs or replacements are completed within 7–10 working days of receiving your device.
